Service Terms and Tariffs
· Telephone line installation fee– from GEL 120
· Subscription fee – GEL 5 per month
· Minimum price for fixed networks - GEL 0.04
· Minute cost within an internal network – free of charge
· Calls are recorded and calculated with 1-second accuracy
· Telephone line installation fee is paid within a period of 5 (five) working days after the contract is concluded
· Subscription fee is payable every month, no later than 25th day of the month following the reporting month
· In case of non-payment of the subscription fee, the telephone line is unilaterally disconnected and limited to 60 days
· Service shall be reactivated no later than within1 (one) business day in case of the debt repayment.
In case of non-payment of the subscription fee, service shall be limited no later than within 3 days from receipt of the notification on possible service limitation; service limitation shall be activated on a business day preceding the said business day.
Termination of the contract: 60 days after the service restriction.
In case of any changes to the established service tariffs, the customer shall be notified to that effect prior to providing services under new tariffs, no later than 30 business days
Only the telephone line holder can receive a detailed print-out about the telephone line
The detailed print regarding outgoing calls will be issued on the day of the request for free.
The detailed print out regarding the current month calls, as well as the previous month calls, both incoming and outgoing calls, will be issued in 2 (two) business days from the request, 0.50 GEL per 1 page;
Number porting is free of charge and it can be done within 3 business days. At this time the telephone service is not restricted to the customer.
